All mats and props are provided. You can choose from 30 minute or 60 minute classes that work with your schedule.

ABOUT ME...
I started my yoga journey over 5 years ago. I needed a space to help me slow down and breathe. Life had been super busy and hectic, being pulled in so many directions. my health was in decline. I started attending classes at a local gym and fell in love. I wanted to share this practice with others that needed to learn how to slow down as well. I looked into the certification process. I found YogaFaith and knew that was the missing piece. With YogaFaith, I learned how to incorporate scripture and worship music into my yoga practice. It became my "quiet time with the Lord." I learned I was healing myself from the inside (heart) to my physical body as well. I am honored to share what I have learned and STILL learning with friends and family! Join me! Only God knows where this little practice will go......

I am certified through YogaFaith niversity. Registered YogaFaith Trainer. I am a member of the Christian Yoga Association.

Do I need yoga experience?
No. You can come as you are and know your class will be tailored to your abilities.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat or props to class?
I provide all yoga mats, blankets, blocks, straps and other props. I have water and cooling clothes as well. If you have a personal mat and would rather use that, feel free to bring it. Dress in comfortable clothing.
What type of yoga classes do you offer?
I offer a variety of yoga classes. There are 30 and 60 minute yoga classes available to meet your scheduling needs. Slow Flow, Meditation and Body Scan as well as more Power Yoga. All classes are done with praise and worship music in the background.
